DOMESTIC ORDER PROCESSING TIMES FOR CHRISTMAS

We use Australia Post to send our domestic and international orders. For domestic orders, please note the following dispatch dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):

  • Parcel Post: Tuesday 19 December
  • Express Post: Thursday 21 December

INTERNATIONAL ORDER PROCESSING TIMES FOR CHRISTMAS

You can find the recommended last lodgement dates for all our international destinations listed on the Australia Post website.

For both domestic and international destinations, items sent after these dates will be delivered as quickly as possible, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Orders are processed as soon as possible.  Typically, processing will only take 2-3 days before your order is dispatched, but may take up to as long as 5 working days when we are experiencing high demand.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  We use Australia Post to ship all domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of each parcel.  There are several options provided at Checkout.  Please choose carefully as we are unable to change your choice of shipping once it is chosen. If you have specific shipping requirements, please enter these in the notes section at Checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Standard Shipping Delivery Times:

Brisbane 1-2 business days from date of dispatch
Sydney  3 business days from date of dispatch
Canberra 4 business days from date of dispatch
Melbourne 4 business days from date of dispatch
Adelaide 5 business days from date of dispatch
Perth  6 business days from date of dispatch
Hobart 5 business days from date of dispatch
Darwin 6 business days from date of dispatch

 
Express Shipping Delivery Times:

If you need your order quickly, express shipping is the right option for you.  Express shipping offers a next day delivery service.

Express post covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.

The service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by Australia Post's Next Day Guarantee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at Checkout.  You are able to choose between several options.  Please choose carefully as we are unable to change your choice of shipping once it is chosen.  

Please note that the STANDARD AIRMAIL option does not offer any tracking of your goods.  By agreeing to choose Standard Airmail, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your package. 

Both PACK & TRACK and EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping options offer tracking information.

As a general guideline, international delivery times are as follows:

Standard Airmail (no tracking) 5-10 working days
Pack & Track (with tracking) 5-10 working days
Express International  2-5 working days

 
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Lovestar will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

At Lovestar, we take great pride in packing each order. Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.
