all domestic orders are shipped Express Post flat rate - $10.00 AUD.

International

All international orders are shipped using DHL Express. amount calculated at checkout.

dispatch

All orders are shipped from our studio in Brisbane, Queensland. Orders are not dispatched on any Queensland or national holidays. Orders are processed as soon as possible. Typically, processing will take 2-3 working days before your order is dispatched, but may take up to as long as 5 working days when we are experiencing high demand.

international shipping

we offer prepaid duties and taxes so there are no unexpected fees when your parcel arrives.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns. All orders include full tracking, which will be sent via email at the time of dispatch. For tracking enquiries, please contact the shipping partner chosen at checkout.
