Returns Policy

All Lovestar pieces are made to be lived with and cherished over time. Every piece is crafted to the highest standard with the upmost intention. Our team carefully checks each piece before it sent to you. Should your piece not find its place with you, we offer exchanges on selected full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure your exchange can be accepted, pieces must be in original unused condition with original packaging. 

For all full-priced pieces, we offer the option of exchange or a credit note within 14 days of receiving your item. Refunds are only available in the unlikely event that an item is deemed faulty.

reduced price items

Sale pieces are offered as they are. For this reason, reduced-price items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the event that your item is faulty and you qualify for a return, shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be arrange independently.

Store credits are valid for 2 years.

If a faulty item is received, please email the team with the fault and accompanying photos of the fault.

A repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.

Gift cards are unable to be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

To ensure the safe return of your items, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. Please be advised that Lovestar is not liable for any lost items during transit. Additionally, please note that duties and taxes paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
